Meet Ryan

Project Superintendent/Safety Officer

Upon finishing high school, Ryan Fasone immediately embraced the legacy his parents where working to give him and became of vital importance to the Fasone Company. Taking over his father’s footsteps, Ryan obtained his AA degree, Construction Management Certification and General Contractors license while working to grow his experience in the field.
He now has more than 19 years of experience in the construction industry and has developed skills that are crucial to execute in any company. Ryan has developed competency in various trades including paint, carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, t-bar ceilings, concrete work through hands-on training.
This Fearless soon to be Industrialist managed to get Certified in equipment operator, received formal training in construction management and field operations where it has been successfully applied to many projects.

Fasone Construction is building its team to accommodate future growth and has recently hired well qualified Project Managers with experience from major Construction companies such as Swinerton Builders and Bernard Brothers Construction. In the last 2 years we have not only increased our revenue but also our customer base. Our field crews are well trained with continuous training in industry standard processes and on-going safety training. With the challenges of hiring good field talent, we have developed a program to develop our crews from within by partnering up with non-profit organization who help underprivileged individuals and provide an 8 mo. basic training in construction carpentry. We hire these individuals as pre-apprentices and develop them into full journeymen through the AGC Apprenticeship program. This is one example of Fasone’s continuous commitment to innovative solutions that result in better service to our Customers.

Vevo earned a B.A in Architecture from UAG in 2010. Since then, he’s worked for large companies like Swinerton Builder’s in a Project Engineer capacity. His passion for the industry shines through his dedication to a seamless process and providing solutions to any challenges along the way. Fasone welcomed Vevo in 2016.

Meet Brent  

Project Estimator/ Project Manager 

Brent is a US Navy Veteran and earned a B.S in Structural Engineering from University of Southern California. Brent is an experienced Project Manager and Estimator, working with larger companies like Swinerton, Turner, and Bernards since 2010. Brent’s specializes in electrical systems, offering extensive experience working as a nuclear electrician for the US Navy.

Meet Leonardo 


Leonardo leads the design department. Leo earned a Masters in Architecture and has provided designs & blueprints for commendable projects for large companies like Bumble Bee Foods and J&J Snack Foods. His dedication to GREEN Build and innovative designs is exceptional.

Joe’s Italian heritage instilled strong values in hard work, commitment to family & personal growth. Dedicating his youth in construction as a union carpenter for more than 15 years, Joseph Fasone acquired an indefinite amount of construction experience covering a wide spectrum of areas including Class A construction, earthquake retrofit and repair, industrial, commercial and residential construction.

Since 1978, Joe has been a part of construction to many recognized areas in Los Angeles. Notable projects include Disney Fantasia and Tom Sawyers Island, Carson Community Center Building, Universal City parking Structure, Pershing Square, and 8000 Sunset Plaza.


With the support of his family, Joseph Fasone started his own company in 1995, and the rest is History! Joseph F. Fasone General Building Contractor, Inc. has evolved into Fasone Construction, Inc. that is now a family run business, successfully completing well over $50 Million dollars in work.

Joe’s Field Expertise has proven to be key in completing 100’s of projects for clients in the public and private sectors. Joe leads the company in heading OSHA and safety compliance, quality control, estimating capabilities, and personally oversees all projects.These projects/customers include:


In 2003, Fasone Construction became an approved vendor for Los Angeles County Fire Department. Joe has personally supervised over $6,000,000 worth of work at various fire stations. Fasone Construction received the highest award granted by LA County Fire Department for exceptional dedication and service . This award commended Joe’s commitment to quality workmanship, customer service and reliable partnership in providing construction solutions.

J&J Snack Foods has been a Customer for more than 15 years. Fasone Construction provides various tenant improvement projects within a multi- million dollar food manufacturing plant. These projects include high pressured schedules and require Fasone to be their logistics partner in getting work completed without interfering with production.

Facility Maintenance Projects include Research and Development Lab additions and/or remodel; Underground Plumbing update; Degreaser Container Replacement. Joseph Fasone oversees other manufacturing plants such as California Churro & Bumble bee Tuna. 

With Joe’s skill set and Jeanette’s business administration capacities, Fasone Construction made its way to the Government sector. With admirable resilience, showing professionalism and quality work, Fasone made its presence leading to opportunities. One of them was working with GSA as an IDIQ contract holder and ongoing for the last 7 years .

Fasone Construction continues to perform innovative and logistic solutions to not only the Government but to a variety of business industries. The company’s success is contributed by the ability to deliver quality work on high pressured schedules and excellent customer service.

With Texas roots and a Latin culture, Jeanette Fasone knew the relevance of family unity and the potential of collaborating together for growth. Understanding these long term goals start with skills and drive, Jeanette emerged to self-preparation in education that would allow her to face the challenges of Entrepreneurship such as Real Estate, Business & Law. by 1995 Jeanette earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Western State University College of Law that equipped her to take over the Construction World along with her Family.
After more than 22 years as CEO of Fasone Construction, Jeanette Fasone has demonstrated her ability to successfully manage a variety of construction divisions like government agencies, food & beverage, entertainment, Industrial facility maintenance and commercial tenant improvements.

This Enthusiast Entrepreneur has over 32 years in construction management and team leadership experience in the construction industry that has led to a proven track record of growth, sustainability and financial stability. This journey was not a smooth ride for Jeanette due to the challenges this predominant male field has. Despite the struggles, Jeanette has been able to withstand her obstacles associating with organizations that help Women owned/minority owned business.
Her activity with these great organizations have allowed her to show her determination to many corporate entities year after year.
Jeanette Fasone is a true Hispanic pride and an example to many women business owners!
Her vision goes further than growing a company to become nationwide, she looks to create a positive economic impact and understands it starts within her surroundings. Jeanette has contributed greatly to neighborhood communities including Whittier, Commerce & Santa Fe Springs.

My vision is to restore economic wealth through balanced progress…” Jeanette continues “I have lived in Whittier for the past 30 years and truly care about our community. I was Chairperson on the Design Review Board and I was honored to receive Historical Preservation awards from the Whittier Conservancy for two real estate projects.”

Many would like to make a difference to their community but very little make it possible.
Besides her active presence in the community, Jeanette Fasone has also made a difference in providing jobs to more than 18 employees, independent private companies and many sub-contractors. Her vision is becoming reality in a progressive manner year after year.
Due to her efforts of seeking opportunities for Fasone Construction she was able to penetrate large and high security clearance industries by taking advantage of programs that help Woman-Owned, Minority owned Construction Company
We are done with 2016 and the Latin Texan CEO has converted, what was once a small family owned company, to a Commercial & Industrial Construction Company with revenues of more than 4.5 million.
